BlackFlagAirsoft Steel Outerbarrel Set for VFC KAC L403A1 GBBR

This is our new steel outer barrel set for the brand new VFC KAC L403A1 GBBR. The outer barrel and the gas block are precisely CNC made from 1.1730 steel. The surface is then glass bead blasted and blackened.

Each set is produced to most high quality specs to fullfill your expactions. We have an in house quality control and inspect every single set befor packaging the set.

The outer barrel is not only a perfect clone of VFCs KAC L403A1 outer barrel, it has also unique feature that it will accept VFCs new Hop Up System or the 4UANTUM AR HopUp Chamber. If you decide to use the 4UANTUM HopUp, you need to get the VFC Barrel Extention seperately.

Attention! If the 4UANTUM HopUp Chamber is used, it is not possible anymore to remove the HopUp and barrel to the rear, like VFCs new system does. And due to the fact that we made the barrel set to fit the 4UANTUM HopUp Unit, we had to cancel the last row of dimples. But you won´t notice it, if it is assembled.

This set includes a steel outer barrel and a steel gas block.

You need to strip down the VFC barrel and use VFC barrel nut, handguard nut, gas block nut, flash hider, O-rings, gas tube, etc. pp.

Barrel and gas block are proudly made in germany!

ATTENTION! Installing this barrel set requires professional tools and knowledge. The VFC L403A1 is extremly difficult to diassemble, due to the fact that the handguard nut is extremely tight.

Using improper tools will cause an cracked upper receiver!!! We recommend to use the VFC Disasembly tool, a hot air gun, a vise and most important: a Wheeler Delta Series Upper Vise Block Clamp, which clamps the whole upper receiver and stabilize the receiver with an insert!

If you don´t have any of these tools or the knowledge how to use them proper, do not try to disassemble the gun! Otherwise you will crack the upper receiver. Don´t blame us, if you damage your gun.
